We invite you to join us at this beautiful setting on the northwest corner of Lake Isle in Alberta, Canada.
For over sixty years, our Lutheran Camp has offered a unique opportunity for spiritual and physical growth for the whole family. Our camp is located 100 km west of Edmonton, Alberta, just off of Highway 16.

Campsites and rental of our Pavilion are available to the public, and the use of licensed lots is available to members of Lutheran churches. Contact our caretaker at camp@lakeislelutherancamp.com for campsite and Pavilion bookings and our administrator at administrator@lakeislelutherancamp.com about lot licenses.
About
Camp Koinonia
Camp Koinonia is more than just a place. Koinonia is both an action and a goal. It is the Greek word for "fellowship" or "sharing" in Christ.
The facilities of the camp provide for a setting in which individuals and families may gather to grow in faith and in the experience of koinonia with one another.
God’s Creation
With the beauty of God’s creation as the backdrop, camping and retreats offer a variety of activities to enable campers to grow spiritually, intellectually, and physically.

Our camp is blessed with a full-time, on-site caretaker who helps to maintain the facilities and public areas.

Non-profit
Camp Koinonia is operated by the Lutheran Camp Association, a non-profit organization led by a volunteer Board of Directors and supported by the many volunteer hours of its members.
