Improvements for Sale
Note: For Licensed Lots, the one-time amounts of the Lot License Deposit ($3,000 per lot), the Lot License Fee ($3,000 per lot) and the Power System Deposit ($6,000), payable to the Lutheran Camp Association, are in addition to the price negotiated with the sellers for the following improvements. Annual fees and taxes also apply.
For Seasonal Lots, the annual Seasonal Fee for the Seasonal Lot plus a one-time $500 Seasonal Lot Security Deposit are payable
to the Lutheran Camp Association.

Seasonal Lots for License
Note: Seasonal Lots are licensed on an annual basis and require payment of a one-time $500 Security Deposit in addition to the annual Seasonal Lot License Amount. There are no other deposits that need to be paid when licensing a Seasonal Lot.
Annual Seasonal Lot License Amounts are assessed on a per-square-foot basis.
There are currently no Seasonal Lots available.
