Note: The one-time amounts of the Lot License Deposit ($3,000 per lot), the Lot License Fee ($3,000 per lot) and the Power System Deposit ($6,000), payable to the Lutheran Camp Association, are in addition to the price negotiated with the sellers for the following improvements.

Seasonal Lots for License
Note: Seasonal Lots are licensed on an annual basis and require payment of a one-time $500 Security Deposit in addition to the annual Seasonal Lot License Amount. There are no other deposits that need to be paid when licensing a Seasonal Lot.

Annual Seasonal Lot License Amounts are assessed on a per-square-foot basis.
