Lot for License with No Improvements

 

Lot #94 (Note: Lot #94 does not currently have a holding tank.)

According to Section 3.1 of the Association’s Holding Tanks Policy (and due to County regulations), “Any Lot Licensee who is issued a new License to Use for a Licensed Lot that hosts or will host some type of regularly used living quarters and that does not have a holding tank installed, is required to have a CSA-approved holding tank of at least 700 gallons installed below ground prior to use of the lot.”

Please note that secondary lots that do not host a regularly used living quarters do not require a holding tank.

Seasonal Lots for License

 

Note: Seasonal Lots are licensed on an annual basis and require payment of a one-time $500 Security Deposit in addition to the annual Seasonal Lot License Amount. There are no other deposits that need to be paid when licensing a Seasonal Lot.
